The Indie-Verse, as of today, will launch our inaugural Indie-Verse / House of Blues / Vampire Weekend Dating Service ticket giveaway.

We’re going to send two of our listeners to Vampire Weekend at House of Blues on Sunday, April 11. So here’s the deal… if you want to go on a blind date and see Vampire Weekend in the process… here are your instructions…

This contest will be held ONLY on twitter… To enter the contest, you need to introduce yourself on with the hashtag - #SingleInDFW.

Search #SingleInDFW to meet the other Indie fans who want to go on a date.
When you find someone you’re interested in, strike up a conversation (ON TWITTER) and you have to use the hashtag #SingleInDFW.

Conversations must be public using @replies… you cannot use DM’s!

Once you’ve found the person that you’d be interested in going on a blind date with… BOTH twitters must send a us a tweet (use @indieverse as well #SingleInDFW) letting us know you’ve decided that you’ve found your potential indie soul mate. Then, we’ll give the winner 2 tickets to the greatest first date ever . . . Vampire Weekend.

At the show, you will both meet us at the Indie-Verse table at the House of Blues, and we’ll shoot a quick video of the two winners meeting for the first time… after the show, you’ll have to swing back by and tell us how the date’s gone… we’ll post these videos on the Indie-Verse site… It’ll be kinda like Cheaters, without the crying and the alcoholism…or maybe not…

And lastly, after the date’s over you have to give everyone an update using #SingleInDFW

So here are the rules… The two winners must never have met (and agree not to meet in person) before their date.

Both winners must be over 21 and able to attend the Vampire Weekend show at the House of Blues in April.

Prior to awarding any prize, Indie-Verse, in its sole discretion, may require Promotion winner (and any guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless Indie-Verse, its licensee, House of Blues, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion.

Decisions of Indie-Verse management with respect to the Promotion are final.
