 Glastonbury Pyramid

It’s that time of year Indie-verse, when the Euro-indie collective gathers for the world’s largest outdoor concert festival.  Glasto’s kicking off right now and going all weekend, the thing got underway last night and with at least 170,000 expected to attend, (compared to a measly 75,000 for Bonnaroo), I would venture to say that the cleanup crew is having nightmares about their work that will begin the day after the festival.  But luckily, you don’t have to sweat that, no cramped airplane cabin followed by an obnoxious tube ride and off into the English countryside for you…no, you can be like me and prefer the cramped car and scorching hot freeways of Dallas of this oven of a town.  Not sure what I was thinking there, but enough of this, onto the tunes!

Here’s your 2 hr mega-playlist…yes that’s Blur at the end of the lineup.  ‘Mind the Gap’ and all those other tired Brit expressions….enjoy!
